We have tried to make or payment options as simple as possible, however, if you have any questions regarding either Payments, Refunds or our Cancellation Policy, please e-mail us at or use the Contact Us form


If the requested Hotel, Resort or Bungalow is available and you wish to confirm you will be asked to secure your booking with full payment or a deposit within 3 days.

The deposit is usually between 10-30%, with the balance to be paid either directly at the hotel or to us up to 2 weeks prior to your arrival. This will depend on the hotel and seasonal policies used by the hotels. You will receive all of these details via e-mail when we respond to your booking request.

Please note:

Room availability sometimes changes daily, especially during peak seasons.

Tours and Transport

If the requested Tour or Transport is available you will be requested to make payment as follows.

If you are not on Koh Chang we will send you an e-mail requesting payment.
If you are currently Koh Chang we can arrange for payment on collection.


We currently have 3 payment methods available.

Payment on Arrival/Collection

This option is primarily used for customers booking Tours and Transport and who are staying on Koh Chang.


We will send you a payment request via e-mail.

Cancellations and Amendments

If you cancel, amend, check-in late, check-out early, or do not show, you will be charged as per the following policies.

All Cancellations are subject to a 7.5% administration fee.

Low Season 1 June - 31 September

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will incur a deduction of 1 room night plus 7.5% administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to arrival no refund is available

High Season 1 October - 31 May

Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to arrival will incur a deduction of 1 room night plus 7.5% administration fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival no refund is available

Tours & Transport

All cancellations are subject to a 12.5% administration fee or 500 baht whichever is greater



Any change to your booking is subject to availability. If it is not possible to accommodate your request, we will try to offer a comparable alternative.

All requests for amendments should be made to or Faxed to us on 006639557359

If after an amendment the cost of the booking is less than you have already paid, we will refund the difference to you. There are no administration costs for amending a booking



To a Thai bank account there is no charge.

To a non Thai bank account, a Western Union fees will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. We will e-mail you the details of the Western Union transaction once it has been arranged.

No-shows, Late Arrivals & Early Departures

No refund is available.


Privacy Policy will not sell or pass on information relating to our customers or there traveling companions to third parties. The information you supply will only used to secure the services requested. We value all of our customers and respect their right privacy.
